Brian McNamara
Brian McNamara, Esq. is the President and Attorney for McNamara Legal Services, P.A. The firm’s main areas of practice include Wills, Trusts & Estates, Probate Administration. The firm was established in 2012 and serves clients in Collier and Lee counties.
Recognizing the close connection between the real estate market, tax planning and estate planning Brian and Sebastian founded Sandcastle in 2016. The two teamed up to create a team with complementary skills and talents to provide our clients with great customer service and skills to handle any real estate transaction.
Prior to being an attorney, Brian was a political consultant and Vice President of E-Roots Consulting. The firm designed and implemented grassroots campaigns that assisted campaign fund raising and voter outreach efforts. After leaving E-Roots Consulting, Brian moved to Naples in 2006 and was the Operations Manager of the Naples Historical Society where he assisted residents and visitors learn about the unique history of Naples. He left the Naples Historical Society in 2009 to pursue his legal career.
Brian can be seen around town supporting many different charitable and fund raising efforts. He is active in the Greater Naples Chamber of Commerce – Emerging Leadership Counsel, Naples Chapter of The Ohio State University Alumni Association, he is an active member of St. Agnes and is a member of the Knights of Columbus, a member of the Junior Chamber, Collier County Bar Association, GAIN 2015 graduate, and active in his community association.
In his free time Brian is often found spending time with his wife, Ashley. Both are active and enjoy golf, boating, fishing, SCUBA, bicycling, and of course walking Naples’ pristine beaches.
Sebastian Nye-Schmitz
Sebastian Nye-Schmitz is the President and Attorney for The Nye-Schmitz Law Firm, P.A. as well as President and Certified Public Accountant for The Nye-Schmitz Accounting Firm, P.A. The firms’ main areas of practice include Tax Compliance, Planning & Controversy (especially for International issues), Business and Contracts, Wills, Trusts & Estates and Probate Administration. The firm was established in 2013 and serves worldwide clients with ties to Florida.
Recognizing the close connection between the real estate market, tax planning and estate planning Sebastian and longtime friend, Brian McNamara, founded Sandcastle Title in 2016. They teamed up to create a team with complementary skills and talents to provide our clients with great customer service and skills to handle any real estate transaction.
Prior to being an attorney, Sebastian was a Certified Public Accountant with his own accounting practice. He was engaged mostly in tax compliance work for international clients residing, conducting business or owning property in Florida. In 2009 Sebastian took a sabbatical from the practice of accountancy to pursue his legal career and has since restarted his own accounting and legal practices.
Sebastian participates in various trade groups and associations and has been very active in the Florida Institute of CPA’s International Tax Committee where he has served for over a decade.
Sebastian spends most of his free time with his wife and three young children at the pool, beach, playgrounds or parks.
